How To Invest

KeyTech is registered on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX). To trade on the BSX, individuals or companies must list with a member broker. You will find a complete listing of member brokers on the Bermuda Stock Exchange website – www.bsx.com. Requirements for establishing an account vary between brokers. Established in 1971, the BSX is the world’s first and largest fully-electronic offshore securities market. Trading on the BSX is executed through a completely automated system based on a central limit order book which allows exchange members to trade securities on an equal “first come, first served” basis. Once executed, trade information is disseminated electronically to key financial information providers including Bloomberg and Reuters. The BSX domestic market trades daily, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST). International markets on the BSX remain open until 6:30 p.m. AST.
