Sheila Lines – CEO

Ms. Lines received a Law Degree in 1990 from University College, University of London. She is also a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Corporate Treasurer, and has completed the Senior Executive Programme at the London Business School. Ms. Lines has held senior finance roles in Bermuda at Southern Cross Cable Network and The CCS Group Ltd.
The Board appointed Ms. Lines as the new CEO of KeyTech Limited, effective August 1, 2006. Ms. Lines held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company for the four and a half years prior.
Philip S. Harris – Director of Human Resources

Mr. Harris has over thirty years of experience in both Human Resources and the telecommunications industry. He obtained his Certificate in Personnel Practices from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in the United Kingdom in 1999. He then went on to earn his Master of Business Administration and Human Resources degree from The University of the West Indies in 2000.
Richard Lau – Director of Information Technology, Key Management Services Limited

Mr. Lau has more than twenty years of experience in the design and implementation of information technology, data networks and telecommunications, and he has worked in North America with such large institutions as Ottawa Civic Hospital, Grace General Hospital and the Canada Council for the Arts. Most recently he was Lead Consultant for Systems Delivery at Logic Communications Ltd., a subsidiary of KeyTech Limited. Prior to that Mr. Lau was Chief Information Officer for the Bermuda Hospitals Board. Mr. Lau is Chairman of the KeyTech Executive Technology Committee.

Ms. Rans joined KeyTech in 2007 and is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial analysis for the Company and its subsidiaries. She is both a CPA and CFA and has worked in the Bermuda marketplace for 13 years. Prior to joining KeyTech, Ms. Rans served as Chief Financial Officer for BTC, a KeyTech subsidiary. She also held the position of Chief Business Officer for First Commerce Data Services and was Vice President, Business Development – Electronic Banking for the Bank of Bermuda.
